‘No Registration, No Travel’ policy begins April 1

The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) and the Land Transportation Office (LTO) yesterday announced the implementation of the “No Registration, No Travel” policy starting April 1 as the travel season peaks due to the Holy Week and summer break.
